I think this recipe is going to be one of my faves this winter. Its quick, easy and most importantly delicious. The perfect comfort food.
4 tbsp plain flour
4 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp cocoa
3 tbsp milk
3 tbsp oil
3-4 tbsp dark chocolate chips
dash of vanilla
- Mix the dry ingredients together.
- Mix in the egg, milk, oil and vanilla. Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Evenly distribute mixture between 2 cups.
- Cook in the microwave on high for 2 minutes. Tip into a bowl and eat.
